ï‚· Company Overview: Pres Green Energy Foundation (PGEF) is a Non Profit organization
committed to sustainable energy solutions and environmental conservation.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Jr. Executive for Business
Development to join our team in Mumbai/Pune.
This role will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our Eco Cremation
Project, which aligns with our mission to promote eco-friendly practices and reduce carbon
emissions.

ï‚· Job Overview: As a Jr. Executive - Business Development, you will play a crucial role in
the Eco Cremation Project. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating with Shamshan
Jogis, municipal authorities, and our plant to ensure the availability and timely delivery of
materials to crematoriums.
You will also be responsible for collecting payments from Shamshan Jogis, educating the
public about the benefits of eco cremation, promoting project achievements, and maintaining
diligent records.
ï‚· Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily Coordination: a) Liaise with Shamshan Jogis, crematorium
staff, and municipal authorities (including different zones) to ensure the smooth and timely
execution of cremations using eco-friendly methods. b) Collaborate with our plant to maintain
an uninterrupted supply of required materials to crematoriums.
2. Payment Collection: Manage the collection of payments from Shamshan Jogis for the
cremation services, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial transactions.
3. Public Education: Conduct awareness programs and educational sessions to inform the
public about the benefits of eco cremation and the positive impact it has on the environment.
4. Promotion and Reporting: a) Actively promote the accomplishments and milestones
achieved by the Eco Cremation Project through various marketing and outreach initiatives.
b) Prepare daily reports summarizing the progress, challenges, and achievements of the
project. c) Create presentations as required for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Data Management: Maintain meticulous records, files, and databases related to cremation
activities, payments, and project documentation. 6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all
relevant regulations, laws, and policies governing cremation and environmental practices. 7.
Coordination with HO: Collaborate closely with the Head Office (HO) team to align project
objectives with organizational goals and provide regular updates on project status.
