A decorated officer and former Deputy Chief of Integrated Support Staff with the United Nations Mission in Haiti, Col. Roy has led large-scale logistics, infrastructure, and relief operations in high-pressure environments. At PRESPL, he drives pan-India operations, including biomass procurement, supply chain management, and decarbonization initiatives - enabling cleaner energy adoption across industries and MSMEs.

Academically accomplished, he holds degrees in Chemistry, Electronics Engineering, Strategic Management, and Operational Art, alongside certifications in project and financial management. As a mentor at institutions like IIMs, NIFM, and USI Delhi, Col. Roy is widely respected for his thought leadership in sustainability and operational excellence.
